I am working with Grammy® nominated producer Todd Urbonas. I came to Todd's studio to record one song and never left. It's an exciting process. I write about the emotional "stuff" and Todd brings my lyrics to a story level. This allows me to write with the deepest personal emotion. When the music starts to fit the lyrics... it gets me every time! Todd and I have achieved a wonderful live sound. Full instrumentation, Todd's rounded musical talent and a great (stereo) sound system come together to support the vocals perfectly.

 

I love to sing and I love to write. I'm getting to do both. I'm living a dream. I am expressing what is in my heart and it comes out in my voice. The music I choose is demanding, sometimes emotionally, sometimes vocally, and oftentimes both. I have sung many styles of music but my heart always brings me back to the strong meaningful lyrics and timeless melodies. It has to mean something or it's not worth singing.   I put everything I've got into every recording. For me, there is no greater sense of accomplishment as when I hear a finished product I am proud of.
